I acknowledge that there may be hazards associated with cave exploration and the surrounding premises and with this knowledge I desire to enter the cave and premises expressly, fully and completely releasing the released parties referred to herein from any and all types of claims that may arise from my visit to the Manitou Cave of AL and premises, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties.
